Conditional Guarantee
TCE,Inc. is the only truck driving school that requires a pre-hire by a carrier in order to enroll on our course. Simply put in order to complete our course the student must go to work at a carrier of the students choice for a minimum of six weeks. During the six weeks training a the carrier a student will be paid training pay which will vary depending on the carrier from $300 to $450 per week.
In order to ensure that a pre-hire will stick, TCE, Inc. pulls the MVR and a criminal background check at no cost to the student. We also get all supporting documentation that the carrier requires like accident reports, tax returns, and any explanations necessary to submit to the carrier along with the application. We also review all applications prior to submitting to any carrier, as we have learned that any omission would ensure an applications denial. The student gets one shot at submitting. We take that very seriously.
TCE, Inc. has two full time career counselors to ensure the above documentation and applications are submitted. No other school has these requirements or staff to ensure employ-ability. This is how we can have a conditional guarantee of employment.
If for any reason TCE, Inc. trains a student who is unable to secure work due to any reason cause by TCE, Inc. negligence we will refund the full amount of the tuition. We cannot guarantee employment if for any reason due to the students omission or negligence the student is denied at the time they show up to the carrier. Examples would be lying on an application, not showing up for orientation at the carrier or failure of a drug test.
